Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, including sales targets, staffing, and employee development. The ideal candidate will create a positive in-store environment and foster customer engagement through social media, sales reporting, and merchandise management. A team-oriented individual with retail experience is a must.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to navigate the store and manage merchandise (up to 50 pounds)
