Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing a team, and maintaining a customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate will be a retail maverick, a believer in talent, and a champion of customer service. They will be responsible for maintaining store operations, brand consistency, and operational efficiency.
