Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, achieve sales goals, and maintain a customer-focused environment. This role involves recruiting, developing, and managing staff, ensuring store operations run smoothly, and staying abreast of trends. It requires a blend of retail experience, organizational skills, and a passion for Pop Culture. The Manager will maintain a strong brand image and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
