Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team in achieving sales targets, recruiting/retraining, and managing daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be a retail maverick with a passion for music, pop culture, and providing exceptional customer service. They will be a leader, a communicator, and a team builder.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (a degree is preferred)
- Ability to handle a fast-changing retail environment
- Sales reporting skills
