Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team in achieving sales targets, recruiting, developing, and managing performance. The ideal candidate will be a retail maverick with a passion for the fandom and a strong focus on customer service. They will be responsible for creating a fantastic in-store experience and developing a collaborative team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- Proficiency with inventory management and merchandising
