Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead and grow its store operations, including sales, team development, and performance management. The role involves achieving sales targets, recruiting and retaining a talented team, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a retail maverick with a passion for pop culture and music.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Roll with the punches and be open to new technologies
- Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product
