Job Description
BoxLunch is looking for a Store Manager to lead their store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a retail maverick with experience in leading teams and adapting to new technologies.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- Able to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes of merch (up to 50 pounds)
