Collision Estimator

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Collision Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience, create estimates, and coordinate repair needs for customers. The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements and company KPIs.

Requirements

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
