Collision Estimator

Collision Estimator is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience, creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and ensuring compliance with insurance client requirements. The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and valid driver's license. Requirements

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated efficiently and accurately
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team
• Maintain the store's KPI’s by maximizing role performance
