Job Description
Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Collision General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the store and provide an exceptional customer experience. The General Manager will be responsible for coaching and empowering team members, promoting quality standards, and meeting KPIs and insurance metrics.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills
