Collision General Manager

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead and maintain the day-to-day operation of the Store, providing an exceptional customer experience while complying with established policies and procedures. The General Manager plans and implements daily operations to ensure overall KPI's and insurance metrics are met, coaches and empowers team members, and promotes high-quality standards of professionalism in serving customers.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills
