Collision General Manager

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the Store in compliance with established policies and procedures, ensuring an exceptional and successful customer experience while maintaining the highest quality standards of professionalism.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in leadership position, preferably collision
• 2 - 3 years minimum prior CCC1 experience and auto collision estimating required
• 4-5 years prior customer service excellence required
