Collision General Manager

We are seeking a Collision General Manager to join our team at Gerber Collision & Glass in Lubbock, TX. The successful candidate will provide an exceptional customer experience, lead and maintain the day-to-day operation of the store, and ensure overall KPIs and insurance metrics are met.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in leadership position, preferably collision
• 2 - 3 years minimum prior CCC1 experience and auto collision estimating required
• 4-5 years prior customer service excellence required
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
