Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional customer experience and manage working relationships with customers and insurance companies. The CSR will be responsible for scheduling appointments, retrieving insurance assignments, and preparing repair orders. The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of experience in a similar role, and strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma)
- Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills as well as good oral and written communication skills with strong sales drive and exceptional customer service.
