As a Sr. HRIS Analyst at Gerber Collision & Glass, you will be responsible for providing advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing support for Workday, and designing, building, and maintaining complex Workday reports and dashboards. You will work closely with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday, including configuration, reporting, and system support.
- Strong experience with Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Talent).
- Proven experience building and maintaining complex Workday reports and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
- Experience managing Workday security and business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
