Job Description
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis is seeking part-time Youth Development Professionals to plan and implement educational, social, and recreational programs for children ages 5-18. The role requires ability to work with diverse children, assist with homework, and maintain classroom management skills. It is a part-time position with variable working hours.
Requirements
- Ability to work with children ages 5 to 18
- Knowledge of basic computer and technological skills
- Ability to assist with homework
- Knowledge of grade level reading, math, and science
- Classroom management and conflict resolution skills
- Arts & crafts, visual arts, physical fitness, and STEM skills (a plus)
