Job Description
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis is seeking Youth Development Professionals for part-time positions (2:00pm - 6:00pm). These roles involve planning and implementing structured educational, social, and recreational programs for children aged 5-18, working with energetic and smiling faces. The position requires children ages 5 to 18 and knowledge with basic computer skills and classroom management skills.
Requirements
- Ability to work with children ages 5 to 18
- Knowledge of basic computer and technological skills
- Ability to assist with homework
- Knowledge with grade level reading, math, and science
- Classroom management and conflict resolution skills
- Arts & crafts, visual arts, physical fitness, and STEM knowledge (a plus)
