Job Description
Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) is seeking a Program Leader to design and lead programs for youth ages 6-18, ensuring academic success, healthy lifestyles, and community engagement. The role involves supervising field trips, fostering mentorship, and creating standards based on teamwork and a safe environment. This is an in-person position with potential for growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of youth development experience working with youth ages 6-18
- Strong positive discipline skills
- Effective communication, organizational, and self-starter skills
- Ability to create and follow systems and procedures
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for several hours
