Job Description
Strong Leaders. Strong Connections. 50 Years of Great Futures. Under the direction of the Site Coordinator, the Youth Development Professional supports the delivery of BGCTM programs across all five core areas by engaging members in safe, structured, and engaging activities.
Requirements
- Learn and understand BGCTM program requirements and objectives across all 5 core areas: Art, Character & Leadership Development, Education/STEM, Health & Life Skills, and Sports/Fitness/Recreation.
- Deliver and support activities that stimulate member participation, under Site Coordinator supervision.
- Interact and engage continuously with members in a positive and supportive manner.
