Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Programming, the Club Director manages daily operations of the designated Club, including programs, staff supervision, facilities management, community relations, and membership growth.
Requirements
- Four-year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- A minimum of five years of work experience in a Boys & Girls or similar organization
- Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision, facilities management, and recruitment/retention of staff
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff
- Ability to deal effectively with members, including discipline problems
