Donor Engagement Specialist

The Donor Engagement Specialist strengthens relationships with donors who give gifts of less than $500 and those who have recently become recurring donors, focusing on personally stewarding annual givers and ensuring each supporter feels valued and connected to Boys Town's mission.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with donors.
• Ability to accurately capture donor interactions and information in the database.
• Comfortable working with donor databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple calls per day while maintaining quality interactions and meeting performance expectations.
