Job Description
The Regional Philanthropy Officer plays a key role in advancing our mission by building, managing, and growing a robust portfolio of major gift donors. This position involves identifying giving opportunities, developing compelling cases for support, and guiding donors through their philanthropic journey with care and professionalism.
Requirements
- Designs and implements a major gift program to generate contributions for Boys Town
- Develops a caseload of active major gift prospects and sets and carries out strategies for solicitation of those prospects
- Achieves annual fundraising and activity goals between $250,000 and $1,000,000+ in new commitments
