The House Supervisor provides leadership, coordination and integration of healthcare services, and supervises safety and quality of care in a hospital setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within six (6) months of hire
- Five (5) years acute care nursing with varied experience
- Two (2) hours of verifiable trauma-related education annually
- Six (6) hours stroke training annually, NIHSS will count for three (3) hours
- Previous supervisory/management experience (preferred)
- Critical care or emergency department experience (preferred)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) (preferred)
