Job Description
The House Supervisor provides leadership, coordination and integration of healthcare services, and supervises safety and quality of care. The house supervisor has hospital administrative responsibility in the absence of regular leadership, including serving as incident commander in times of disaster and mass casualty incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within six (6) months of hire
- Five (5) years acute care nursing with varied experience
- Two (2) hours of verifiable trauma-related education annually
- Six (6) hours stroke training annually, NIHSS will count for three (3) hours
