Job Description
Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure the upkeep and safety of their residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Requirements
- Education in the trades
- 7+ years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification
- Risk management, OSHA, and MSDS knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
