Job Description
Bozzuto is a company that designs, builds, and manages residences, and is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead their maintenance team and ensure the upkeep of their properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance, as well as supervisory experience and certifications in HVAC, EPA, and NAPE.
Requirements
- Leadership and team management experience
- HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification
- Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently
