Job Description
Willmott Dixon is seeking a dynamic Bid Manager to join their UK team. The successful candidate will lead a bid team and manage the preconstruction bid process, including developing commercial strategies and ensuring customer expectations are met.
Requirements
- Experience in managing diverse technical input and leading the bid process
- Understanding of complex construction schemes and technical roles such as Operations, Planning, Commercial, Design, or Estimating
- Ability to motivate and lead a bid team
- Excellent communication and project management skills
