Job Description
We are looking for a Coordinating Caregiver IG to join our Home Care team in Herpen and surrounding area. As a Coordinating Caregiver IG, you will be responsible for coordinating care and well-being of clients in their own homes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a caregiving role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to provide references
