Job Description
We are looking for a Caregiver IG to work in home-based care with our clients in the Heesch and Nistelrode area. The job involves providing personal care, nursing, and support to clients, and working independently but as part of a close team. The role requires a heart for care, warmth, and friendliness, as well as a willingness to work varying shifts and continue developing oneself through targeted training and retraining.
Requirements
- MBO 3 diploma in Care and Welfare with additional training to Coordinate Caregiver IG
- Experience in caregiving is desired
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close team
- Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts
- Creativity in thinking up solutions
- Ability to continue developing oneself through targeted training and retraining
