De Ruwaard in Oss is looking for a care assistant plus to work in a team where you really feel seen and where your efforts make a difference for people with complex care needs. You can choose to work in somatic or psychogeriatrics.
Requirements
- Care assistant diploma (level 2) with plus certificate
- Ability to handle unexpected or complex situations well
- Ability to feel what someone needs and take action
- Ability to work independently and together
