Job Description
We are looking for a Psychogeriatric Assistant to work in a cozy and homely environment on the Bloesemstaete department at the Wellen location in Oss. You will provide warm, personalized care to residents with dementia and perform tasks such as administering medication and dripping ears, eyes, or nose. You will work in a committed team that values you and have a fixed employment contract of 24 to 28 hours per week.
Requirements
- Diploma in care and well-being (level 2)
- Authorized and competent as a Psychogeriatric Assistant or willing to obtain the Plus certificate
- Affinity with elderly people with dementia and ability to deal with difficult-to-understand behavior
- Ability to work independently and in a self-organizing team
- Good communication skills and initiative
- Great sense of responsibility and attentiveness
