Requirements

• Diploma Caregiver Psychogeriatrics level 3
• Affinity with the target group of older adults with dementia
• The ability to stimulate, motivate, and support residents in self-care
• Attention to (clinical) nuances and the well-being of residents
• A warm, empathetic attitude and perseverance
• Skills to work independently and collaborate with a self-organizing team
