Requirements

• Diploma as a caregiver or caregiver IG MBO level 3
• Go-getter with clear communication skills
• Feel at home in a multidisciplinary team
• Positively critical and work to continuously improve care
• Work well together, within a self-organizing team
• Stress-resistant and flexible in switching between various tasks
