Job Description

Requirements
- Diploma in supporting IG level 3
- Experience in elderly care, preferably with clients with dementia
- Responsible, attentive, and good problem-solving skills
- Digitally skilled and familiar with care processes and work instructions
- Knowledge of the social map and ability to communicate with other disciplines
- Ability to handle complex behavioral problems and provide suitable support
