Job Description
We offer opportunities and challenges in our team. You will be part of a team working on a PG department and will be responsible for coaching colleagues, students, and interns, improving quality, and specifying BrabantZorg-wide issues at department level.
Requirements
- Nursing degree mbo level 4
- Ability to motivate and coach colleagues, students, and interns
- Willingness to follow targeted continuing education
- Ability to set priorities independently and work within global guidelines and care plans
- Good verbal and written communication skills
