Investment Operations Specialist – Repo Settlements

Bracebridge Capital, LLC is a leading alternative asset manager seeking an Investment Operations Specialist – Repo Settlements to manage daily reconciliation process, communicate discrepancies, and process repo trades. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a B.A. degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and up to 2 years of relevant operational work experience.

Requirements

• Manage, prepare, and review the firm's reconciliation process on a daily basis for cash and securities.
• Communicate discrepancies with external parties (prime brokers, banks, administrators, etc.) as well as internal departments in order to resolve breaks.
• Process repo trades and confirm settlements.
• Gain a working knowledge of the firm's general trading strategy, operations, and common cash flows.
• Assist in reviewing monthly shareholder statements.
• Other operational, recordkeeping, and data processing assignments as determined.
