Junior Support Engineer

Bracebridge Capital seeks a Junior Support Engineer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support and triage incoming support requests, monitor systems, and contribute to technical tasks in the Application Development group.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in a support, data, or junior engineering role
• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred) - ability to write complex queries and debug data issues
• Working knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming concepts
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify inconsistencies
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Strong interest in growing into a software engineering role

Benefits

• Current anticipated annual base salary range: $80,000 - $100,000
