Manufacturing Engineering Technician - 2nd Shift

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician performs technical tasks to support manufacturing processes and equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, calibration, and programming, as well as providing technical support and contributing to continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Engineering or Technical degree preferred
• 1+ years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment providing automation/controls troubleshooting for industrial machinery
• Strong communication skills and team focus
• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills in facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution
