Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs required
- Experience with Oracle systems preferred
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and KPI-driven management
