Audit Managers may serve as the engagement lead or work under the direct supervision of a Senior Manager. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and analytical skills. Audit Managers are responsible for training and leading Senior Associates and Associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 5+ years of accounting experience required, including experience managing staff; public accounting experience preferred
- CPA or CMA license preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and GAAS
- Proficient in technology and accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
