BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We are looking for a German Customer Support Agent to join our team in Warsaw.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
• Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
