Head of System Analysis responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for system architecture, leading teams, and optimizing processes. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, process architecture, internal governance, and more. Requirements include leadership experience, enterprise knowledge, and technical proficiency.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Experience in a Global management of System Analysis
• Enterprise Knowledge: Deep understanding of how development works in a large-scale (enterprise) environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in key technical tools, including AI tools, Jira, and Confluence.
• Management: Proven management experience, including overseeing and scaling technical teams.
