Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, ideally within an HR or People Ops environment.
- Expert-level skills in data manipulation, complex modeling, and advanced formulas in Excel.
- Strong Python skills for data processing, automation, and scripting.
- Proven ability to build sleek, insightful dashboards in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strategic mindset to translate raw data into business stories and strategic advice.
