Requirements
- Maintain and update HR data in Excel and HR systems.
- Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absences, recruitment data).
- Support the creation of dashboards and tables for HR and management.
- Work extensively with Excel (tables, formulas, filters, pivots).
- Check data for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
- Help improve data structure and reporting templates.
- Assist in analysing trends in hiring, attrition, and engagement.
- Support HR team with ad-hoc data requests.
- Learn how people data is used for decision-making and planning.
- Support HRIS and Power BI systems with data updates.
- Help ensure data confidentiality and compliance.
- Document basic data processes and reporting logic.
