Product Lead

As a Product Lead, you will take ownership of the Montova platform from a product, delivery, and team perspective, combining a strong software engineering background with product ownership and project leadership. You will shape how the platform evolves, own and structure the product roadmap, and ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering (backend, integration, or platform environments)
• Experience in roles such as Product Owner, Tech Lead, Delivery Lead, or Scrum Master
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-team collaboration
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to bring structure, ownership, and clarity in dynamic environments
