Job Description
We're looking for a Product Lead to lead our OTIV.ONE and OTIV.TWO products from strong market fit to category leadership, bringing clarity, structure, and strategic focus to how we build, launch, and grow our commercial railtech products.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, management consulting or leadership roles, preferably in industrial automation, transportation, or deep tech
- Proven track record of building and scaling world-class product management processes
- Ability to shape long-term product vision and make day-to-day trade-offs
- Understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into clear priorities
- Fluency in English
