We are looking for a Value & Marketing Insights Team Lead who specializes in marketing analytics to own how we measure and communicate the impact of BrandBastion across organic social and paid performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing analytics or performance marketing analytics
- Deep understanding of social media marketing metrics and paid performance
- Experience working with social platform reporting ecosystems
- Experience with attribution concepts, experimentation, and measurement pitfalls
- Strong experience building ROI narratives and executive-ready reporting
- Strong analytical background
- Marketing experience
- Business savviness and storytelling ability
- Proactive and collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills
