Personal Injury Attorney – Expansion (Ideal for Solo Practitioners)

Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law is seeking seasoned and entrepreneurial-minded Personal Injury Attorneys to help lead the charge in its expansion. This is a unique opportunity for solo practitioners or small firm owners with an existing caseload to join a growing, multi-state firm while maintaining autonomy and gaining access to firm resources, infrastructure, and support.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the West Virginia Bar
• Minimum 10 years of experience in personal injury law
• An existing caseload or client base
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a growth initiative
