Our Colac branch is looking for an exceptional individual to join our parts department as a Parts Manager for our John Deere lineup for agricultural equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership role or as a parts technician, showcasing strong leadership abilities and a commitment to operational excellence.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving satisfaction through effective Parts department management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building strong customer relationships and fostering a cohesive team environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with the capability to motivate and mentor team members toward achieving departmental goals
• Familiarity with parts management in a busy shop environment, preferably within agriculture or related industries.
