Job Description
Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer seeking a Parts Manager to oversee all phases of Parts Operation, including inventory control, hiring and training personnel, and managing departmental budgets and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- 3 years or more of leadership experience within the equipment or auto service industry
- Experience with agriculture equipment or construction equipment is preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Superior communication skills
- A strong sense of urgency
- Customer service experience
- Confidence in working with Microsoft Office applications and learning new software programs
